Pavilion Management will be one of the most delicate and complex issues of Expo Dubai. Visitors from all over the world will require competent and customized assistance, in adherence with their cultural requirements.
The Management of OPXE has been working with many countries since Shanghai 2010, Milano 2015, Antalya 2016, Astana 2017, Beijing 2019 and now has already contacted many countries and pavilions for EXPO DUBAI.
OPXE has been selecting staff from Europe, Asia, Africa and
America since 2019 to be ready for EXPO DUBAI and has an audibility of more or less 3.000 staff members. Every member of staff will be assisted by us for their travels, insurance, meals,
uniforms, training, daily transport to and from EXPO and accommodation in a site that is convenient.
This is how we can guaranteed that your sta will be at your pavilion everyday before opening.

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS & PROTOCOL
MANAGERS
Graduates in Political Science, Public Relations, International Relations, English speaking, adept at cultural mediation, international negotiation,
and protocol procedures. They are able to manage relations with international public personalities, with applicable protocol during visits.


HOSTESSES / STEWARDS
Good looking multilingual personnel with fluent English and good communication skills for: welcoming, front desk services, assistance,
info-points. Fashion models are available upon request.
RECEPTIONISTS
Multilingual specialists who match the requirements of the most
demanding companies and public administrations: from routine reception services, to security access control in the case of emergencies.


SECURITY OFFICERS
Knowledgeable and experienced people with relevant certificates. Armed night security service is also available upon request.
Assistance
INTERPRETERS
Technical and specific knowledge of one or more foreign languages for: negotiations, translations, assistance, front-desk services.


TOURIST GUIDES

Multilingual graduates in the Science of Tourism or Cultural Heritage who have a license to practice.
DRIVERS
With a knowledge of English and available from Monday to Sunday.

Communication

PR & MEDIA RELATIONS MANAGERS
They deal with public relations, media relations, writing press releases and editorials, and liaising with public administrators and Expo authorities.
COMMUNICATION & SOCIAL NETWORK
MANAGERS
They create and maintain presence of their pavilion on all social networks, continuously generating content, creating new ideas and
campaigns and measuring how effective they are, always looking for the latest trends online.


EVENT MANAGERS

Events managers are responsible for organizing and running all kinds of promotional, business and social events inside or outside the pavilion.
They control the whole project, from planning to direction of the event.
ART DIRECTORS
​
Creatives and graphic designers working in close collaboration with PR & Media Relations Managers, Communication & Social Network
Managers, Event Managers.

Maintenance

MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
​
A team provide the safe and certified answer for any maintenance issue, from heating and air conditioning, to any problems concerning
electrical and plumbing services.
HANDYMEN
​
They deal with a wide range of repairs in offices and other support activities for General Services, including soft skills, internal and external repair work and maintenance, small plumbing and electrical jobs and concierge services.


PORTERS
​
Loading and unloading, packing of equipment and materials (furniture, shelves, etc.), assembly and disassembly of shelving and furniture, packing of documents to be sent in archive, managing of archive, shredding of expired documents.
IT SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMINISTRATORS

Information Technology professionals ensuring network availability to all users of a local area network (LAN) of a pavilion. They install, configure, support and monitor the network’s hardware and software, providing support services for systems maintenance.


CLEANERS
They are thorough and professional in planning executing the cleaning of large venues be they in-door, out-domestic or industrial and executing the cleaning of large venues weather it’s in-door, out-door, domestic or
industrial.
Catering
CHEFS
​
Professionals holding hotelier high-school certificates or CAPAC cooking qualifications. They have attended courses on teamwork, leadership and personnel administration. They can manage costs, plan menus, have
decision-making autonomy and problem solving capabilities.


WAITERS
They have diplomas from a three year course at State Professional Institutes for Hotels and Catering and professional experience serving
tables in hotels and restaurants.
SOMMELIERS
Restaurant services operators licensed by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association). They have a good knowledge of English and French and
are skilled in communications and customer management.


BARTENDERS
Holding HACCP certification for the administration and handling of foods and beverages, they have good interpersonal skills, are helpful, client focussed and flexible.
