HOW DOES IT WORK?
The structure of the event is very simple and maintains all aspects of a real meeting: from teasing to registration, from speeches to follow ups . The difference is that all the speeches can be either “live”, pre-recorded or on demand.
Besides, interaction with the audience is always digital.

Therefore:

At the speaker’s home/office provided with professional kit: microphone, lights, green screen (or with our crew)

In a showroom set up with professional equipment

On stage of a selected venue
The speaker shall use remote/live tutoring both for the technical side and for the contents
Thanks to 3D computer graphic and green screen, speeches can be edited on different
virtual settings
Support slides and videos can be easily broadcasted
The whole event can be recorded and used as a follow-up

the appointed secretariat will handle all correspondence with the invited guests and will update registrations as per normal event.

Teasing
In the days before the event, users will be able to sign in through content uploaded on the platform (videos, documents, quiz, photobooth,…).
A teaser item or a digital teaser can be sent to participants in advance.
Participant’s kit: headphones, pad and pencil, screen wiping cloth, small thermos for water. All items can be customized with the company’s or the
event logo.
THE SHOW

After registering, the user will log in to a “welcome coffee” area (timetable, speakers profile, documents etc)

Customized breakfast box: instant coffee, sugar, creamer, cookies

Walk in: the setting is revealed and the countdown begins

The meeting starts with the chairman introducing guests
